摘要
目的探究中医辨证治疗结合西医药物治疗重症哮喘的疗效。方法选取并回顾性分析2011年5月—2012年5月在我院接受治疗的150例哮喘患者资料。根据不同的治疗方法进行分组，对照组患者66例，采用抗炎、平喘、祛痰、吸氧治疗。观察组患者84例，在此基础上采用中医辨证治疗。结果治疗后FEV1值和PEF变异率均有改善与治疗前比较差异显著（P〈0．01），治疗后观察组FEVl值显著高于对照组，EF变异率显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组中0分、1分患者显著多于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论中西医联合治疗重症哮喘能够明显控制重症哮喘咳嗽、咳痰、气促等症状，改善血氧浓度，减少药物不良反应，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广。
Objective Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional chinese medicine （TCM） combined with Western medicine treatment for severe asthma. Methods Retrospective analy- sis of 150 patients with asthma from May 2011 to May 2012. According to different treatments, 66 patients were in control group, giving anti - inflammatory, anti - asthmatic, expectorant, oxygen thera- py. 84 patients were in study group, giving extra TCM. Results Significant changes were found in FEV1 and PEF before and after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant difference in FEV1 and EF between study and control group （ both P 〈 0.01 ）. The number of patients with 0 or 1 score in study group is significantly more than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment for severe asthma may have effects on controlling severe asth- ma, sputum, shortness of breath and other symptoms, improving blood oxygen concentration, and reducing adverse drug reactions.
