摘要
目的探讨并评价密闭式吸痰在预防重症监护病房（ICU）患者医院获得性肺炎中的应用价值。方法选择2012年1～12月收治的建立人工气道患者260例,分为研究组和对照组各130例。研究组采用密闭式吸痰管吸痰,对照组采用传统吸痰方法。结果研究组医院获得性肺炎发生率（15.4%,20/130）明显低于对照组（27.7%,36/130）,差异有统计学意义（P=0.023）。结论密闭式吸痰具有使用安全、方便、有效预防ICU患者医院获得性肺炎的作用,有较好的推广应用前景。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the application value of closed tracheal suction in the prevention of hospital-acquired pneumonia in ICU patients. Methods A total of 260 patients with artificial airway,who were enrolled from January 2012 to December 2012,were selected and divided into the research group and the control group,130 cases in each group. The research group adopted closed tracheal suction,while the control group employed traditional suction. Results The in cidence rate of hospital-acquired pneumonia in the research group（15.4%,20/130） was obviously lower than that in the control group（27.7%, 36/130）,and the difference had statistical significance（P=0.023）. Conclusion The closed tracheal suction is safe,convenient and effective for the prevention of hospital-acquired pneumonia in ICU patients,and it has promising prospect of application and popularization.
