摘要
首先对轻载运行下的LLC谐振变换器输出电压增益失真现象进行分析,并通过对考虑分布电容的LLC变换器进行建模仿真分析,得到考虑分布电容时的变换器电压增益曲线。针对轻载下的增益失真现象,给出了4种措施加以改进。最后,通过制作一台12 V/20 A的LLC变换器样机,验证了分析设计的合理性。
The distortion of LLC resonant converter output voltage gain under light load operation was analyzed. The voltage gain curve considering distributed capacitance of LLC converter was presented through modeling and simulation analysis. Four kinds of method were introduced to improve this issue. The experiment results of a 12 V/20 A LLC con- verter prototype are given out to verify the methods.
