摘要
为介绍10年来红外热像技术在中医经络中的研究近况,文章选用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),查找2003年至2013年国内相关文献,对其中有效文献进行分析。共获得有效文献24篇,围绕红外热像技术用于人体腧穴的温度分布特征以及对称性的观察,中医诊断中望诊和色诊理论的验证,腧穴在不同生理状态下温度的变化,经络循经感传现象的研究以及临床治疗中红外热像技术对疾病的诊断和疗效的评价等5个方面的研究近况做一综述。笔者认为红外热线技术作为一种研究针灸理论及临床的方法,具有广阔的前景。
To introduce the research status of infrared thermal imaging technology applied to the meridian of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years. A search of CNKI databases was conducted（from 2003 to 2013） on the correlation research of infrared thermal imaging technology applied to the meridian, and the ei cient literature was analyzed. A total of 24 ei cient literatures were acquired, and a summary from the following aspects was made, the symmetry observation and temperature distribution characteristics of the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in acupuncture points, the verii cation of inspection and color inspection in TCM diagnosis, the temperature variation of acupuncture point in dif erent physiological conditions, the studies of phenomenon of sensing along the meridian, and the evaluation of diagnosis and curative of infrared thermal imaging technology used in clinic therapy. The infrared thermal imaging technology would have a broad prospect as a method of studying acupuncture and moxibustion theory which is applied to the clinic.
