摘要
目的:观察埋线疗法对衰老大鼠皮肤胶原组织的作用效应。方法:雌性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为空白对照组、衰老模型组、埋线治疗组。埋线治疗组在背部皮下埋线1次;埋线治疗组与衰老模型组均行D-半乳糖腹腔注射100d;空白对照组不做治疗。100d后进行皮肤取材,进行组织学观察,免疫组化染色以及羟脯氨酸含量的测定。结果:与空白对照组相比,衰老模型组皮肤明显变薄,胶原疏松,免疫组化染色Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原明显减少,羟脯氨酸含量低(P<0.01)。埋线治疗组皮肤厚度正常,Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原无明显减少,羟脯氨酸含量减低不明显,与空白对照组比较无明显差异。结论:埋线疗法对雌性衰老大鼠皮肤胶原组织有明显的刺激效应,可通过刺激胶原蛋白的增生来抗皮肤老化。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on skin collagen tissue in aged rats. Methods: 30 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, aging model group and acupoint catgut embedding group. Rats in the acupoint catgut embedding group were treated with acupoint catgut implantation at the back; the acupoint catgut embedding group and the aging model group were both treated by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose 100 days. The rats in the control group were not treated. 100 days after treating, the skins were removed, and then the histological observation and immunohistochemical staining and determination of hydroxyproline content were conducted. Results: Compared with the control group, the skin of rats in the aging model group became thinner and the collagen was looser signii cantly. The result of immunohistochemical staining showed that the content of Ⅰ, Ⅲ collagen and hydroxyproline content reduced signii cantly compared with the control group, and the dif erence was statistically signii cant(P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, the change in the acupoint catgut embedding group was not obvious. Conclusion: Catgut implantation shows signii cant stimulating effects on skin collagen tissue of female aging rats, and it could play an anti-aging skin role by stimulating proliferation of collagen.
