摘要
目的:对游离静脉皮瓣移植修复断指血管的临床护理体会进行介绍和总结。方法:对医院3年内42例单指断指伴皮肤、血管缺损患者进行游离静脉皮瓣移植修复和临床护理。结果:42例患者临床护理结果良好,1个月后断指均存活,8个月后断指功能评定为优16例,良26例。结论:临床护理重点为术前做好皮肤准备和知识宣传,加强患者心理护理;术后要对患者皮瓣血运进行密切监测,防止发生血管危象,做好远红外线烤灯照射、健康教育及加强患者功能锻炼的护理。
Objective：To introduce and summarize the clinical nursing experience of free finger vein flap repair of blood vessels. Method：42 cases of patients with single finger with skin vascular defect within 3 years in our hospital were given finger vein free flap repair and clinical care.Result：42 cases of patients had good results in clinical care,all fingers survived after 1 month,fingers function assessed as excellent 16 cases,good 26 cases after 8 months. Conclusion：The clinical nursing care should focuse on pre-operative skin preparation and knowledge of good publicity,strengthen psychological care of patients. Closely monitor patients’flap blood supply after surgery to prevent the occurrence of vascular crisis,and do far infrared heat lamp exposure,health education and enhance patient functional exercise care.
