胎儿隔离肺畸形的产前超声诊断与鉴别 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨产前超声检查对胎儿隔离肺畸形(PS)的诊断价值及临床意义。方法回顾性收集29例隔离肺患者的临床资料,分析它们的图像特征及与相关疾病的鉴别。结果 29例胎儿隔离肺中发生在左侧者18例,其中2例发生在左上腹,呈高回声团样,降主动脉供血;发生在右侧者11例,其中1例腹主动脉双支血供;1例是双胎之一隔离肺畸形。合并其它异常者3例。结论超声检查能清晰地诊断与鉴别诊断先天性隔离肺畸形,易于重复,为临床处理提供参考,有很大参考价值。
