摘要
为了更好地保障我国民航秩序的安全有效运行,进一步规范空警机上执法行为,有必要理顺空警与其他安保主体之间的关系,健全空警执法规范体系,统一空警执法程序,建立空警执法考核标准,从而完善我国空警执法权力。
In order to safeguard Chinese civil aviation＇s order to be safe and effective operation, further regulate its enforcement behavior. It is necessary to rationalize the relationship between air marshal and other aviation security officers, improve its enforcement system, unified its enforcement procedure, create the assessment standards of its enforcement, and then improving the air marshal＇s enforcement power.
