摘要
目的:为药典中肉苁蓉药材原植物来源的确定及临床区别用药提供参考。方法:通过本草考证、药材性状及显微鉴别对几种列当科植物进行对比,利用HPLC技术对肉苁蓉、管花肉苁蓉及草苁蓉指标性成分进行对比。结果:通过本草考证,发现管花肉苁蓉产地、药材性状与历代本草记载肉苁蓉药材有明显差异,判断古代管花肉苁蓉并未做"肉苁蓉"入药;发现肉苁蓉、盐生苁蓉,沙苁蓉可能为肉苁蓉药材的原植物来源,以肉苁蓉应用最多;发现历代本草记载"草苁蓉"来源为列当或草苁蓉,作为肉苁蓉药材的代替品;古人优质肉苁蓉药材的判断标准为长而粗大,鳞叶整齐,未开花;药用部位多为肉质茎下部。应用性状特征配合现代显微鉴别技术已可以将肉苁蓉、管花肉苁蓉及草苁蓉较好区分,其中断面维管束排列情况是三者重要区别点。管花肉苁蓉比肉苁蓉指标性成分含量高,草苁蓉指标性成分含量与肉苁蓉非常接近。结论:古时,管花肉苁蓉未做肉苁蓉药材原植物来源;肉苁蓉药材原植物来源多样,但对优质肉苁蓉已有明确认识;通过断面维管束排列情况可区别肉苁蓉、管花肉苁蓉和草苁蓉;管花肉苁蓉比肉苁蓉指标性成分含量高,草苁蓉指标性成分含量与肉苁蓉接近。
Objective：In order to ascertain the original plant sources of Roucongrong in Chinese and make a distinction for the use of clinical of species of the genus of cistanche in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Methods：Through herbal medicine ancient books and inspect shapes and properties as well as microscopic characteristics,we identified the species of orobanchaceae and took the advantage of HPLC to inquiry the effective constituent of Cistanche deserticola,Cistanche tubulosa and Boschniakia rossica.Results：Producing area and shapes and properties of C.tubulosa were different from that recorded in herbal medicine ancient books.It was speculated that C.tubulosa was not one of the original plant sources of Roucongrong in Chinese.And the original plant sources of Cistanche included C.deserticola,Cistanche sinensis,Cistanche salsa,C.deserticola.The characteristic of Chaocongrong in Chinese in herbal medicine ancient books was close to B.rossica and Orobanche coerulescens sometimes used instead of Roucongrong in Chinese.Our predecessors found Roucongrong in Chinese owned the characteristics of long and thick,orderly scale leaf and the plant without blossom had better curative effect.The most commonly-used medicinal part was fleshy stem of Roucongrong in Chinese.C.deserticola and C.tubulosa can be separated clearly according to the shapes and properties and microscopic characteristics.Arrangement situation of section of vascular bundle was the most important identify characteristics.Index component content of C.tubulosa was higher than that of C.deserticola.The chemical species of B.rossica was similar to that of C.deserticola.Conclusion：Roucongrong in Chinese owns several kinds of original plant sources.C.tubulosa is not the only one of the original plant sources.And the characteristic of Roucongrong in Chinese owned high quality is clearly.Arrangement situation of section of vascular bundle is used to identify C.deserticola and C.deserticola.The index component contents of C.tubulosa and C.deserticola are of great differe
