摘要
通过因子分析与灰色关联度分析,诊断了物流企业多元化经营后面临的一系列问题,发现多元化经营物流企业面临的急需解决的问题是物流企业创新能力的培育、管理效率的提升、管理理念的革新以及短板效应的克服。
In this paper, through factor analysis and grey correlation analysis, we diagnosed the series of problems to be encountered by logistics enterprises operating diversified businesses and pointed out the most urgent issues to be solved to overcome these problems.
