摘要
昆虫杆状病毒在侵染宿主的过程中会产生2种遗传物质相同,但表型具有明显差异的病毒粒子,即出芽型病毒粒子(budded virus,BV)和包涵体衍生型病毒粒子(occlusion-derived virus,ODV)。ODV主要引起宿主消化道组织细胞的原发感染,而BV则是引起宿主组织和细胞间的感染。本文综述国内外学者对昆虫杆状病毒2种病毒粒子的蛋白质组成及相关功能基因的研究成果。根据病毒蛋白在病毒粒子不同部位的分布可将它们分为BV囊膜蛋白、BV核衣壳蛋白、ODV囊膜蛋白和ODV核衣壳蛋白。蛋白质组鉴定发现BV和ODV的共有蛋白质有35种,BV的特异性蛋白质有10种,ODV的特异性蛋白质有11种。BV和ODV的蛋白质组成差异导致二者在杆状病毒侵染宿主过程中的功能不同。
During baculovirus infection cycle, two types of virions with identical genetic substance but different pheno- types are produced: the budded virus (BV), which disseminates infection to different tissues within a host, and the oc- clusion-derived virus (ODV), which establishes primary infection in midgut cells. Here we reviewed the research progress on proteomics of baculovirus and related functional genes. According to protein localization on virions, the virion proteins were divided into envelope and nucleocapsid proteins of BV and envelope and nucleocapsid proteins of ODV. 35 proteins were shared by BV and ODV, 10 proteins were BV-sepecific, while 11 proteins were ODV-specific. The compo- sition differences between ODV and BV proteins results in their different functions during infection cycle.
