摘要
介绍了建筑工程造价的特点和造价控制过程中遇到的问题,总结了在设计阶段控制造价的措施,指出在具体工程中要认真签订好相关合同,注意索赔与反索赔问题,以达到有效控制工程造价,提高工作效率的目的。
This paper introduced the characteristics of building engineering cost and the problems in cost control,summarized the cost control measures in design stage,pointed out should carefully sign related contract,pay attention to the claims and counter claims in specific engineering,in order to achieve the effective control of project cost,improved work efficiency.
