摘要
结合国内外先进的造价管理经验,从建设工程的决策、设计、发包、合同管理、施工和组织措施方面出发,针对如何主动控制建设工程造价的问题作了分析,并阐述了一些合理、有效控制建设工程造价的方法,以供参考。
Combining with the advanced cost management experience at domestic and foreign,from the decision-making,design,bidding,contract management,construction and organization measures of construction project,analyzed how to initiative control construction project cost,elaborated some reasonable method to effective control of construction project cost,for reference.
