摘要
智能电网的研究和试点在全球已经开展了十多年,取得了一些成功的案例和丰富的经验。2013年欧盟联合研究中心(JRC)提交了欧洲智能电网项目的历史统计和调查结果的更新报告。根据其报告内容,文章按智能电网项目的基本情况、技术应用范围、智能电表与客户参与、待解决的问题等几方面,归纳总结了欧洲范围内的智能电网研究成果和发展方向。希望对于我国正在进行的智能电网研究和建设起到积极的启发和借鉴作用。
The research and development of smart grid has been carried out world widely for more than ten years and there are successful cases and rich experiences in this field. In 2013, Joint Research Center（JRC） at European Union updated the report about the historical statistics and survey results of the Smart Grid projects in Europe. This paper introduces and discusses the research results and lessons of Europe＇s smart grid projects in following aspects： the fundamental state of smart grid projects in Europe, the technology applied in smart grid, the smart metering project and customer participation and the issues to be solved. Although the models of electricity market modes and grid operation in China are very different from that in Europe, JRC＇s report can be helpful for Chinese Smart Grid study and development.
