摘要
本文研究一维半导体器件中的稳态量子能量运输模型,证明其古典解的存在性.当电子浓度在两端点处取相同值时文[3]已经得到这样一个结果.本文把这一结果推广到电子浓度在端点处取不同值时的情形.与文[3]不同的是,为了进行分部积分以便得到所需估计,需要仔细构造一个辅助函数.
The steady-state quantum energy-transport model for semiconductor devices in one space dimension is studied.The existence of the classical solutions is proved.In[3]such a result was obtained in the particular case where the electron density ntakes the same value at both endpoints.This paper extends that result to the case where the electron density takes different values at each endpoint.Unlike[3],in order to proceed with the integrations by parts to obtain the necessary estimates,an auxiliary function needs to be carefully constructed.
