摘要
目的探讨丹蛭降糖胶囊(太子参、生地黄、菟丝子、丹皮、水蛭、泽泻等)对血糖波动的糖尿病大鼠的干预作用。方法用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)加上交替注射胰岛素和灌服葡萄糖诱导血糖波动大鼠模型,观察丹蛭降糖胶囊干预各组大鼠的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)和胰岛组织病理学改变。结果6周后,丹蛭降糖胶囊干预组较糖尿病组和血糖波动组大鼠多食、多饮、多尿症状明显减轻,与血糖波动模型组比较,丹蛭降糖胶囊高剂量组明显升高血清SOD活力(P<0.01)和FINS水平(P<0.05),以及胰岛明显增大和数量增多。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊能提高血糖波动状态下大鼠的抗氧化能力和胰岛细胞数量,促进胰岛细胞再生,从而减轻症状。
AIM To investigate the intervention of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules( Pseudostellariae Radix,Rehmanniae Radix,Cuscutae Semen,Moutan Cortex,Hirudo Alismatis Rhizoma,etc.) in blood glucose fluctuation state of diabetic rats. METHODS The models of blood glucose fluctuation of diabetic rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin( STZ) combined with either subcutaneous injection with insulin or gavaging of glucose. The activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD),fasting serum insulin( FINS),and pancreatic tissue pathology were observed. RESULTS After six weeks,symptoms of polyphagia,polyuria and polydipsia of rats in Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules group were markedly improved compared with model of diabetes and blood glucose fluctuation group. Compared with the blood glucose fluctuation group,Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules increased the activity of SOD( P〈0. 01) and the level of FINS( P〈0. 05). The pancreatic islets in Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules group became significantly larger and increased in numbers compared with two model groups. CONCLUSION Danzhi Jiangtang Capsules can improve the ability of antioxidation and FINS in blood glucose fluctuation state,thereby reducing the symptoms.
