摘要
总结鲍远程教授辨治脑出血急性期经验,认为脑出血多因脏腑功能失调、阴阳失衡、气血逆乱而发病。在治疗中应辨病、辨证相结合,紧抓时机、分清主次,急性期以治标祛邪为主,兼顾其本。
BAO Yuancheng＇s experience in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage was summarized in this article. BAO Yuancheng considers that acute cerebral hemorrhage is mainly caused by dysfunctional organs and imbalance of yin-yang and qi-blood. Disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be combined to treat acute cerebral hemorrhage. In the acute phase, BAO Yuancheng gives priority to eliminating pathogenic factors with due consideration to strengthening body resistance.
