摘要
开放性实验室在应用型高技能人才培养中起着重要作用,逐渐成为高校实验室建设的一种新模式。以农产品加工课程为试点,改革传统实验教学模式,探索和尝试建设农产品加工开放式实验室,实施开放性实验教学,培养学生的实践和创新能力。
As playing an important role in the cultivation of applied talents with high skills,open laboratory has gradually become a new model of the laboratory construction in colleges and universities. Taking the teaching of agricultural products processing as a pilot,the traditional teaching mode of experiment is reformed,to explore the open laboratory construction of farm products processing,and implement open experiment teaching model,cultivating students＇ practical and innovative ability.
