摘要
中共十八大提出新型城镇化战略,智慧城市建设已经成为稳增长、调结构的重要抓手,更是推动新型城镇化的重要手段,中小城市如何结借助智慧城市建设来推动新型城镇化发展值得思考。智慧城市不只是技术城市,阐述了智慧城市的内涵及其与新型城镇化的关系,并从政府管理角度就中小城市智慧城市的建设给出思考和建议。
As the new urbanization strategy proposed in the 18th CPC National Congress,the construction of smart cities has become an engine of economy and a means of urbanization.A smart city is not a city of technology,so how to make small and medium-sized cities smart needs researching.This paper introduces the connotation of the smart city and its relationship with new urbanization,and gives some suggestions on the construction of small and medium-sized smart cities.
