摘要
通过分析《竹林寺妇科秘传》的方药组成,可见其方配伍用药独具匠心,组方巧妙,方药切当,遵古而不拘泥于古,颇多可取之处。在治疗妊娠咳嗽时,本在于肺的金性被破坏,治疗要抓住根本就是恢复肺金的本性,但治肺的同时,不忘兼顾脾肾。另外,在治疗妊娠咳嗽时,应注意顾护胎元。因嗽久每易伤胎,妊娠病咳应早期干预,预防感冒,忌食辛辣动火之品,避免烟尘刺激;在治疗上无论外观或内伤致病,必然要考虑孕妇的体质特点,以养阴润肺为主。总之,《竹林寺女科秘传》是一部具有较高临床使用价值的妇科专著,值得广大中医医生认真借鉴和学习。

In short,Zhulinsi Nvke Mizhuan is one with a higher value of gynecological clinical monographs,worthy of our TCM doctors seriously learn from.
