摘要
"十八大"以来,中国政府对人才工作的重视达到了前所未有的程度。人才的可持续对国家竞争力可持续发展起决定作用。目前中国人才建设面临高层次人才发展的不可持续和教育的不可持续两大问题。中国应树立更加开放的人才观念,实行更加开放的人才政策。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Chinese government has attached unprecedented importance to talents. The sustainable supply of talents plays a crucial role on the improvement of national competitiveness. In terms of the construction of talents, currently China is confronted with two important issues--the unsustainability of high-level talents＇ development and education. China should establish open awareness of talents and implement open policies of talents as well
