导叶式多点绕流流量计在泵装置试验中的验证 被引量:1

摘要 基于差压测流原理设计出一种新型导叶式多点绕流流量计,并作为水泵的前置导叶安装于水泵进水流道出口位置.为验证流量计的可行性和稳定性,制作了新型流量计样机.结合扬州大学高精度水力机械试验台某泵站泵装置模型试验,进行了15种工况下的流量性能测试,流量覆盖范围为640~1340m3·h-1通过对流量计测量流量与实际流量的对比分析,证明该流量计原理科学,结构简单,安装方便,操作便利. Based on the principle of differential pressure speed measuring, a new guide vane and multipoint flow-around flowmeter is designed. This flowmeter can be installed as the guide vane fixed in front of the export of pump inlet. In order to certify the feasibility and the stability of the flowmeter, a prototype of the new flowmeter is made. Combined with a pump unit model test, more performance tests are done under 15 working conditions on Yangzhou university high precision test-bed of the hydraulic machinery. The flow range covers from 640 m3 · h-1 to 1 340 m3 · h-1. Comparing and analyzing the measuring flow and the actual flow, it proves that the principle of the flowmeter is scientific and the structure is simple. It is easy to install and conveniently to operate.
