摘要
根据型材锯切系统的加工工艺要求和锯切过程中锯片与H型钢接触弧长的变化规律,推导出在锯切电机功率一定的情况下锯片进给速度与接触弧长的关系,建立数学模型,并利用Matlab软件对速度曲线进行绘制,提出合适的控制规则。
According to the requirement of processing technology of the cutting system, in the process of sawing, thesystem used the contact arc length of sawing blade to calculate the relationship between sawing blade feeding speed and thelength of contact are under the certain motor power, and established the mathematical model. Finally, the system drawn thespeed curve by Matlab and selected the appropriate method of control.
