摘要
研究移相全桥变换器性能优化及设计问题。传统的移相控制ZVS全桥变换器占空比丢失大、环流损耗多、电能利用率不高,并且以往没有较为系统的针对电路各器件参数的计算方法,电路设计难度较大。针对以上问题,采用饱和电感对电路进行改进,并设计出一套完整的电路参数计算方法。首先从变换器的原理入手,详细分析饱和电感特性及带饱和电感的移相全桥ZVS变换器工作过程,其次对电路各重要参数进行分析设计与计算,最后利用MATLAB平台进行仿真。仿真结果表明,饱和电感可提高电路性能并且证明了参数分析与设计的正确性与可行性。
This paper studies the performance optimization and design problem of phase shifted full bridge converter. The traditional PS-FB-ZVS converter has many disadvantages such as high duty cycle loss, high circulating energy loss and low energy using ratio, and there has been no systematic method for calculating circuit parameters which makes it difficult to design the circuit. In view of the above problems, this paper optimizes the circuit with saturable inductor and designs a complete set of method for circuit parameter calculation. The working process and several im- portant parameters are discussed deeply based on the analysis of the converter working principle. The simulation re- suits based on MATLAB show that the saturable inductor can improve the performance of the circuit, and verify the correct and feasible of the analysis and design of circuit parameters.
