超大型箱梁多点支撑移运技术研究

摘要 广深沿江高速公路(深圳段)机场特大桥60 m箱梁采用整体预制、整体架设方案。箱梁采用单箱双室结构,顶板宽19.65 m,底板宽10.35 m,高3.5 m,重2 400 t。箱梁采用整体液压内模,为满足内模出模的要求,梁端端隔墙为后浇。为缩短箱梁的预制周期,需在横隔墙未施工的情况下将箱梁移出预制台座,就需要有可靠的工艺和工艺设备。 The 60m box girder for the Airport Great Bridge on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway (Shenzhen Section) at Guangdong uses the solution of integral precast and erection. The girder is a singlebox double-cell girder, 19.65m wide on top slab and 10.35m wide at the bottom slab, 3.5m in height, and with weight of 2,400t. It has integral hydraulic internal formwork. In order to meet the requirement of the molded parts from the formwork, post-cast will be used in the end bulkhead of the girder beam. To shorten the precast cycle, the box girder should be transported out of the precast pedestal when the diaphragm wall is not constructed, which requires reliable technologies and equipments.
