摘要
为实现城市污泥减量化、无害化和稳定化的综合目的,以城市污泥与锯末为原料,在一体化污泥好氧发酵仓内采用3组不同通风工况进行静态好氧堆肥试验,分析堆体温度、挥发性固体、含水率、发芽指数和pH随时间变化的特点。结果表明,在污泥与锯末含水率分别为83%和11%,质量比为4∶1时,3种通风工况均能实现高温好氧堆肥。工况2(不同时段通风量分别为0.8、0.6、0.4、0.6、1.0、1.0 L/min)时堆肥效果最佳,温度维持50℃和55℃以上时间最长,堆肥结束时测得白菜种子发芽指数超过80%。
Aerobic static co-composting of municipal sludge and sawdust under 3 different ventilation rate of conditions was studied in integrated fermentation device for comprehensive purpose of reduction,harmlessness and stabilization. The indexes such as temperature, VS, moisture content, germination index and pH value were analyzed to examine the feasibility of co-composting of municipal sludge and sawdust. Results showed that when the wet basis ratio of municipal sludge and sawdust was 4:1 and mixed compost can realize co-composting under 3 different ventilation. The optimal ventilation rate was 0.8,0.6,0.4,0.6,1.0 and 1.0 (L/min﹚ for the temperatures above 50℃ and 55℃ maintained for the longest time. GI of Chi-nese cabbage was exceeded 80%.
