摘要
农业部颁布的抗虫转基因水稻和转植酸酶玉米许可证,引发各界从技术、安全、监管、伦理和政经等视角对基因工程作物,尤其是转基因主粮的激烈争论。转基因主粮技术并非单纯的抗饥、扶贫和救灾项目,在涉及种业技术本身的先进性,种植过程与终端出品对人体健康和生态稳定的安全性,以及项目立法监管、社会生存伦理和国家政治经济的治理决策诸方面,蕴含现实漏洞与讨论空间。珍惜与维护理性思辨的氛围,才能用创新型精准技术造福未来。本文旨在用学术文本厘清徘徊在大众媒体和网络媒体层面的误导和误解。
There had been a heated debate regarding the technique safety, marketing regulation and social ethic of the genetically modified food when the initial certification was issued by the ministry of agriculture. The positive side of the debate is that the environment of the logistic discussion regarding technique details, social impact and policy determination has been improved. The negative side of the debate shows that much more opportunity and deficient exist. It will take time and effort to do more research and correction for the final accommodating of the advanced technique. The conclusion is that the great development of science depends on the freedom of social and political background.
