介绍了WJ-4FB型防爆铲运机摇臂受力分析,并在Pro/E中建立摇臂的三维模型,用Ansys Workbench中的Design Explorer对摇臂的形状和板厚进行优化设计,经试验,新设计的摇臂既能保证强度,又能使其重量设计到最小值,可推广使用。
This article introduces mechanical analysis of explosion-proof fork lift truck rocker arm, and three-dimensional model is created by Pro/E, the boom shape and thickness is optimized with Design Explorer of Ansys Workbench. After testing, not only strength of the boom design can be ensured, but also the boom weight can be made to the minimum. This design method can be widely used.
