摘要
文章论述了铀矿地质系统多种经营存在的主要问题,并提出了七项对策:(1)地质局对多种经营要有总体设想,长远安排及实施细则;(2)引进人才,提高职工队伍素质;(3)培养和激发多种经营企业职工的创造进取精神;(4)克服短期行为,增强企业自身积累;(5)搞好市场营销;(6)选择支柱民品项目;(7)大力开发新产品。
While relating the major problems existed in diversified business operated by geological units belonging to the uranium industry, the author puts forward his views on measures to be taken for improvement : 1)the geological bureaus should have an overall design, long-term arrangement and detailed rules and regulartions for diversified business; 2) engage competent personnel and raise the quality of the workers and staff working in this field; 3) culture and encourage a creative and enterprising spirit among the workers and staff; 4)curb short-term actions and raise self-accumulation by the enterprises; 5) do a better job in marketing; 6)select items essential to people's livelihood for production; and 7) make energetic efforts in developing new products.
