摘要
目的 :观察吸入一氧化氮 (NO)治疗犬油酸型急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的效果。 方法 :2 0只犬麻醉后经颈静脉注射油酸建立 ARDS模型。随机分为 ARDS组和 NO组。 ARDS组单纯机械通气 ;NO组在机械通气的同时 ,经旁路持续吸入2 0× 10 - 6 的 NO。观察 NO吸入对 ARDS犬动脉血气、血流动力学、外周血白细胞 (WBC)计数及肺病理学的影响。结果 :吸入2 0× 10 - 6 的 NO可明显改善油酸型 ARDS犬的肺部气体交换 ,减小肺内分流率 ,减少中性粒细胞在肺部的聚集 ,同时吸入 NO对体循环无明显影响。 结论 :吸入 NO可用于 ARDS的治疗。
Objective:To investigate nitric oxide(NO) inhalation in treatment of oleic acid induced acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) in canines.Methods:The models of ARDS were produced by intravenous injection of oleic acid in 20 canines.The animals were randomly assigned into ARDS group and NO group.Animals in ARDS group received conventional mechanical ventilation.In NO group(20 ppm),mechanical ventilation was also given.Blood gas,hemodynamics and periferal WBC were assessed,its influence on the lung pathology was also observed.Results:NO inhalation significantly improved the gas exchange and reduced the Q s/Q t in canines with oleic acid induced ARDS.It also reduced neutrophil accumulation without altering the circulation.Conclusion:NO inhalation can effectively treat oleic acid induced ARDS in canines.
