摘要
调度管理信息系统 (DMIS)是一个具有特殊性的部门级MIS。文中论述了DMIS的设计原则并提出了多层次、各层次相互独立同时通过开放的协议进行通信和传递数据的调度信息系统体系结构模型。在设计方面 ,系统采用面向对象的系统分析方法 ,将业务处理过程与业务处理数据结合在一起形成对象结构 ;采用了软件适应性体系 (ASA)根据应用时的业务状态进行设置、动态划分软件子系统 ,从而保证软件适应机构和业务变化的要求。描述了DMIS软件开发思路和方法、网络结构、各主要模块的功能规范 ,进而提出了一套较完整的解决方案 。
The design principle of the dispatching management information system (DMIS)as a particular department-level MIS is discussed and a model for the system structure of the dispatching information system with multiple layers independent of each other and the communication carried out and data transmitted through an open protocol is proposed. The object-oriented system analysis method is adopted by combining the service processing process with service processing data to form the object structure. The software adaptive system architecture (ASA) is adopted and the software subsystems are developed and divided according to the service status during application so as to ensure the demand of the software adaptive organ and service change. The idea and method of the development of the DMIS software, the network structure as well as the functions of the main modules and a set of fairly complete solutions are described and successfully applied in the construction of DMIS in Guangzhou Electric Power Grid Dispatching Center.
