摘要
在分析传统控制方法局限性的基础上 ,根据模糊逻辑控制的特点 ,结合火电厂生产过程的特殊性 ,分析了模糊逻辑控制应用于火电厂生产过程的可行性。针对热工过程中典型的控制对象 ,将模糊逻辑控制思想引入到温度和水位的控制 ,根据现场运行人员的知识和经验 ,制定模糊控制规则、选取模糊化及解模糊化的方法。并且利用Matlab中的工具箱进行了控制过程的仿真 ,仿真结果表明 ,模糊逻辑控制可以应用于火电生产过程。
Based on explaining the limitation of traditional control theory and according to the features of fuzzy logic control(FLC),the feasibility of applying FLC to the production process of fossil power plant is analyzed combined with its particularity.Regarding to the typical control objects in thermal process ,the FLC concept is introduced into its temperature control and water level control.According to site operators' acknowledge and experience,the FLC rules are designed,and the fuzzification and defuzzification methods chosen.Using the toolbox of Matlab,the FLC simulations are carried out.The simulative results show that the FLC can be applied to the thermal process of power plant.
