摘要
在回顾选煤厂当前设备检修制度的基础上,介绍了状态检修的基本思想和局限性,并提出了在选煤厂实施状态检修时应控制的要点,实践结果也表明实施状态检修可以比定期检修取得更好的经济效果。
The paper introduces the basic thinking and limitations of status maintenance on the basis of looking back current maintenance system in coal preparation plant, and puts forward the control piths when status maintenance is implemented in coal preparation plant. Practical results show that implementation of status maintenance achieves better economic effects than fixed time maintenance.
