PLCT系列热释电薄膜的最新研究进展

摘要 热释电红外探测器广泛应用于辐射测温、红外光谱测量、安全警戒、红外热成像等领域。掺杂钛酸铅薄膜是性能优异、应用广泛的热释电薄膜。在介绍镧、钙双掺的钛酸铅薄膜的性能基础上,比较了不同组分的PCT、PLT、PLCT铁电材料的制备方法、结晶性、铁电性、介电性及热释电性能与组分的关系。并对PLCT系列热释电薄膜材料的应用前景作了探讨。 Pyroelectric infrared detectors are widely used in the fields of radiant thermometer, infrared spectrum measurement, secure protection, infrared thermal imaging and so on. Doped lead titanate (PT) thin film is a pyroelectric thin film that holds excellent property and comprehensive application. Based on the properties of lanthanum and calcium modified PT thin films were summarized, the preparation methods, crystalline, ferroelectrical, pyroelectrical and permittivity properties of PCT, PLT, PLCT ferroelectric thin films with different composition were compared. The potential application fields of PLCT series pyroelectric thin films were also discussed in this paper.
