简述了超声波相控阵成像检测技术的基本原理和主要特点 ,介绍了相控阵技术检测焊缝和钛合金棒中的缺陷情况。超声相控阵换能器是由多个晶片单元组成的超声波阵列传感器 ;超声相控阵仪器可通过超声波声束的角度扫描、动态焦距、焦斑尺寸调节等控制方式 ,实现对工件内部传播的超声波信号的收发及图像再现。相控阵技术易于快速分辨出焊缝内缺陷分布 ,利用专用探头可以检测发现 0 .
The basic principle and chief features of ultrasonic phased array imaging inspecting technology are summarized. Using ultrasonic phased arrays, the defects of welds and Ti-alloy bars were realized. A phased-array transducer is composed of multiple elements. By precisely controlling the delays between the probe elements, ultrasonic wave beams of various angles, focal distances and focal spot sizes can be produced. The ultrasonic phased array technology can detect kinds of defects in workpieces quickly and easily. The receiving and emitting ultrasonic wave and reproducing image functions can be completed by the ultrasonic phased array instrument. It is much easy for the instrument to detect the defects in welds. With special probes,0.4mm flat bottom hole can be found.
