摘要
目的 :探讨干扰素 (IFN)临床副作用的预防措施。方法 :6 8例中 40例用生理盐水做溶媒 ,2 8例用注射用水做溶媒。结果 :6 8例患者所出现的副作用基本一致 ,因此断定副作用的发生与溶媒无关。结论 :加强临床用药观察 ,预防副作用的发生 ,是减轻患者痛苦 。
Objective:To explore to prevent side effect of clinical application of IFN. Method:In 40 cases,0.9% NS were accepted and solvent;In other 28 cases,injection water as solvent.Result:Incidence of side effect has nothing to do with solvent,corresponding treatment on time can alleviate side effect or it can be endured by convtinuous adminstration.
