摘要
目的 探讨立体定向放射治疗体部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法 单用立体定向放射治疗者 ,每次 4 .0～6 .0GY ,治疗 6～ 1 0次 ;肺癌应用立体定向放疗作为追加剂量者 ,每次 3 .5～ 5 .0GY ,治疗 4～ 7次。结果 总有效率 68.9% ,5例死亡。结论 立体定向放射治疗体部恶性肿瘤可得到较理想的姑息甚至根治性疗效 ,可降低正常组织的损伤 。
Objective To evaluate the methods and results of stereotactic radiotherapy for malignancies in thorax and abdomen.Methods From Nov.1999 to Dec.2000,29 patients with malignancies in thorax and abdomen were treated by fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy,and of them,the lung tumors in addition to radiotherapy were given fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy as booster.Results The overall effective rate was 68.9%,and 5 cases died.Conclusion Fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy alone or combined with conventional radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of malignancies of thorax and adomen.
