摘要
目的 为中小城市发展社区卫生服务提供一些有益的探讨。方法 以实地问卷调查和深入访谈的方式,对广东省已经开展社区卫生服务的5个中小城市进行一次全面的调查。结果 广东省中小城市社区卫生服务存在着集约型管理、公助办站、公立为主兼顾民营、国企举办、外联内合等多种组织形式;资源配置较为合理;功能相对完善;主管人员较为满意。结论 中小城市发展社区卫生服务应走多元化发展的道路;各级政府应予以高度重视和支持;政府重视、政策支持、多方筹资、社区参与是中小城市社区卫生服务可持续发展的必要保证。
OBJECTIVE Providing some helpful suggestions for the development of community health service in the small and middle cities around the country. METHODS Focus interview and questionnaire filling in the Field. RESULTS Intensive service, partly financial support from local government! combination running by public and private settings, national company support and partly support by the private company were the main organizational forms in Guangdong. The resources collocation were relatively reasonable. The process was rather good and the heads of setters were satisfied with what they had done. CONCLUSION Various owners of community health service setters should be allowed. It was necessary for Governments at differentlevels to pay attention on Community Health Service as well as to provide some financial support. Government awarensess, policy support, funds raising from different areas as well as community involvement were necessary for the sustainable development of Community Health Service in the Small and Middle Cities.
