摘要
从1985年7月1日起,上海进出口商品检验局对上海海运出口危险货物(以下简称危包)开始实施强制性检验。5年来,在有关单位的共同努力下,危包商检工作取得了较为显著的成效。许多过去达不到危规要求的出口商品,现在基本上都达到了要求;原来上海200升闭口钢桶都不合格,现在已有4个工厂获得了Ⅰ类产品证书,1个厂获Ⅱ类产品证书。在实施商检前几年,上海由于危包质量不良,曾多次发生燃烧、爆炸或沉船事故,造成了重大经济损失。
Shanghai Inspection Bureau for Import and Export Commodities started from 1985 its mandatory enforcement on the packing inspection of dangerous goods exported from Shanghai port.Obvious efficiency has been achieved in this area over the past six years by the way of making reasonable inspection rules,enhancing self-inspection before the goods leaving the factory and carrying strict control at multi-levels.
