摘要
共挤出复合薄膜因为能充分利用各种材料的特点取长补短,所以往往能达到比较理想的包装效果。如五层共挤复合薄膜与常规包装材料 LDPE 膜和 PP 膜相比,无论是强度、阻隔性都有很大改善(表1)。下面,将苏州塑料四厂生产的 LDPE/Sur/PA/Sur/LDPE 共挤膜的工艺及设备特点作一介绍。
This article describes in detail the processing technology and the equipment characteristics of the LDPE/Sur/PA/Sur/LDPE five-layer co-extruded film produced by Suzhou No.4 Plastics Factory.The film manufactured in the factory,mainly applied to deep- drawn thermoforming package curren-ly,is claimed to be a very promising laminated one in China.
