摘要
将虚拟开发技术应用在汽车开发过程中 ,用以缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量和竞争力。详细介绍了虚拟技术 (计算机辅助设计及数字化模型、计算机辅助工程、虚拟现实方法、人工智能、产品数据管理、同步及并行工程、快速样车技术 )的主要组成部分及特征。通过分析可知 :实施虚拟产品开发技术和开展并行工程可以使产品开发过程得到优化和集成 ,从而提高了企业的市场竞争能力。
Application of the virtual technology is the best way to shorten the development period of automobile,to improve the quality of products and reduction of product cost.Virtual technology includes computer aided design (CAD),computer aided engineering(CAE),virtual reality(VR),product data management(PDM),cocurrent engineering(CE) and rapid prototyping(RP).In this paper,the major components and characteristics of virtual technology are introduced in detail.Through analysis,it concludes that the procedure of product development can be optimized and integrated by applying virtual product development technology and concurrent engineering,and hence enhancing the ability of enterprice in market competition.
