摘要
提出了一种计算膜 基复合材料界面剪应力的新方法。将薄膜、基体分别作为二维和三维问题进行有限元计算 ,利用影响系数 ,以剪应力为未知量 ,求出同一点处薄膜、基体的位移。通过薄膜、基体在界面上位移相等的条件建立线性方程组 ,联立求解 ,计算出界面剪应力。结果表明 ,本文提出的方法思路清晰 ,易于实现 ,精度令人满意 ,为膜
A new method,the Influence Coefficient Method(ICM)is developed in this paper on determining the interfacial shear stresses of film to substrate.In the ICM,the Finite Element Method(FEM)is employed to compute the displacement influence coefficients of film and substrate.2 Dand3 D FEM are used respectively.Both the displacement of the film and substrate can be expressed by an integration on the adhesive region in which variables of interfacial shear stresses,displacement influence coefficients are involved.According to the condition of displacement harmony,series of integration equations are established and numeric results obtained by the corresponding truncated simultaneous equations.A comparison with the analytical solutions show that the ICM is a new effective way to the problem with high gradient in size such as the film to substrate.
