Effects of Root Penetration Restriction on Growth and Mn Nutrition of Winter with Wheat Different Genotypes in Paddy Soils

摘要 采用在田间埋设 4 0 0目尼龙绢网制作的网袋限制根系下扎的试验方法 ,研究了限制根系下扎对水稻土上不同基因型小麦生长和锰营养的影响。结果表明 ,水稻土剖面锰的空间分布对小麦生长和锰营养有着重要的影响 ,将根系限制在耕作层土壤中小麦缺锰症发生早、症状严重 ;供试的 2个小麦品种中 80 8较耐缺锰 ,而 32 95对缺锰敏感 ,限制根系下扎使缺锰敏感品种 (32 95 )缺锰症更加严重。试验证明 ,耐缺锰品种在缺锰条件下因根系发达 。 Effects of root penetration restriction on growth and Mn nutrition of wheat with different genotypes were studied in paddy soils using a method of nylon net bags (400 meshes) buried in the soil. The results showed that the spatial distribution of Mn in paddy soils played an important role in growth and Mn nutrition of wheat crops. In the treatment where wheat roots were restricted in the plough layer by nylon net bags, the symptoms of Mn deficiency in wheat occurred much earlier the variety and more seriously than the usual one. Of the two tested wheat genotypes the variety, 80 8 was tolerant to Mn deficiency while the variety 3295 was sensitive to Mn deficiency, respectively. The restriction of root penetration intensified symptoms of Mn deficiency of the Mn deficient sensitive genotype (3295). The experiment demonstrated that well developed roots and strong ability to penetrate the roots into the Mn rich deep soil layer might explain the better tolerance of Mn deficiency in the tolerant genotypes.
