摘要
21世纪人类将生活在一个复杂多变、更富有挑战性的世界。科技、经济、政治、文化、生态诸多领域的变化,无疑会影响和要求教育的变革。顺应时代发展对人才素质的要求,改革现行的高师教学模式,注重培养师范生的创新能力,以便培养出适应21世纪发展的高标准、高素质、高水平的师资队伍,已经成为高师教学改革发展的必然趋势。
In the 21st century,the human beings will live in a world which is more complicated and challenge-able , the changes of such fields like technology, economy, politics, culture and environment surely ask and influence the reformation of education. According to the development of the our times , the requirement of the quality of talented people , it becomes an inevitable tendency of the reformation develpment of higher teachers education to reform the present the teaching pattern of higher teachers education, to pay a great attention to the development of the normal students' ability of bringing forth new ideas , so that we may develop a high standard, quality and level teaching troops to suit the development of the 21st century.
