摘要
1957年后中国法制建设滑坡的原因是 ,在客观上 ,当时的政治经济体制削弱了法制建设的需要 ,封建传统文化的影响 ,造成人们民主与法制观念的淡薄 ;主观上 ,中国共产党习惯于按政策及行政命令办事 ,加上在指导思想上犯了“左”的错误 ,林彪、“四人帮”的破坏 ,所以造成了法制建设的滑坡。
The causes of the decline of the legal system building after 1957 are as follows: Objectively, the fact that the political and economic system of that time weakened the need of the legal system building and the influence of the traditional feudal culture dimmed people's sense of democracy and legality. Subjectively, the Communist Party was used to handling things in accordance with policies and orders, and, in addition there was the 'left' deviation in the guiding ideology and sabotage made by Lin Biao and the 'Gang of Four.
