摘要
从雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)去皮根、根皮、叶及雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)中分离到一个新的环氧二萜内酯醇,命名为雷藤内酯三醇(triptriolide)。根据理化性质及UV,IR,MS,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,~1H-~1Hcosy,~1H-^(13)Ccosy,NOE差谱,远程~1H-^(13)Ccosy,^(13)C-NOE,X^(-1)射线衍射等数据的分析,确定了化学结构和立体结构,并指定了NMR谱中每个碳氢信号的归属。雷藤内酯三醇具有较强的抗炎作用。
A novel diterpene bisepoxide, triptriclide was isolated from the root and leaves of Trip- terygium wilfordii Hook f. Triptriolide was obtained as white cluster crystal, mp. 260--- 262℃. Its molecular formula is C_(20)H_(26)O_7. The structure and stereochemistry of triptriolide were determined by UV, IR, MS, ~1H--NMR, ^(13)C-NMR, 2d-NMR, ^(13)C-NOE, NOE difference spectroscopy and direct X-ray crystallographic analysis. Preliminary pharmacologic assay re- vealed that triptriolide has a potent anti-inflammatory action.
