摘要
对住宅金融的内涵进行探讨，指出住宅金融不单纯是一个产业金融的问题，而且是一种不动产抵押金融；继而指出，中国住宅金融的发展不能被孤立起来，而必须与整个经济体制改革甚至与政治体制改革结合起来。
Based on the research on the inherence of the housing finance the paper holds that the housing finance is not only a form of the estate finance but also has some characteristics of the real estate mortgage finance. The author thus holds that the development of the housing finance in China should be connected wth the reform of country's economic system and even the political system.
