摘要
针对2018-08月中旬亳州市受台风"温比亚"影响所造成的涝灾情况,分析了村庄涝水成灾主要原因,提出了防治洪涝灾害的对策。
Based on the disaster relief caused by the impact of Typhoon Rumbia to Bozhou City in mid-August 2018. This paper analyzes the main village flood water disaster and puts forward countermeasures against floods.
