摘要
通过对上海石化塑料事业部聚丙烯装置产品料仓发生的二次闪爆事故案例 ,从安全技术角度对聚丙烯产品料仓闪爆原因进行了初步分析 ,并提出了防范对策。
This paper examines the two cases of explosion happened in the polypropylene products silo in the plastic division of SPC, makes a tentative analysis of the cause from the angle of safe technology and puts forwards 8 countermeasures as well.
