摘要
针对复配的三相泡沫灭火剂的黏度和粉体颗粒之间黏着力比较低的问题,构建了较为系统的三相泡沫油面热稳定性试验台架和三相泡沫发生器,着重研究含膨润土作为稳泡剂的三相泡沫灭火剂的热稳定性。膨润土自身对三相泡沫热稳定性的提升效果有限,且形成的粉体壳层并不致密均匀,容易被破坏,但膨润土具有较强的黏结补强作用,添加有膨润土的三相泡沫常温稳定性大大增强,可将其作为稳泡剂进行添加。同时,试验选取7种常见的稳泡剂,讨论了不同稳泡剂对空心玻璃微珠、石墨粉复配三相泡沫体系的发泡性能和油面热稳定性的影响。稳泡剂的加入并非均对泡沫稳定性产生积极影响,加入不合理的稳泡剂反而会影响泡沫的发泡性能和稳定性。
The given paper is inclined to examine and determinethe thermal stability of the 3-phase foam extinguishing agent with bentonite as a kind of foam stabilizer.The purpose of our study is to dissolve the low adhesive force between the remixed 3-phase foam extinguishing agent and the powder particles through a selfdeveloped thermal stability experiment bench of the 3-phase foam oil surface and a 3-phase foam generator,which is different from the previous ones with its own particular 3-phase foam extinguishing agent and its self-developed 3-phase foam generator.The said generator of ours is mainly composed of the powder water slurry mixed storage tank,the foam liquid storage tank,a metering pump and pumping pipeline,a high-speed agitator and a foam generating device.It has been developed mainly based on the more available and profitable foam generator to be used in the oil fire extinguishing site.In our experiment,we have been trying to prepare 7 kinds of 3-phase foams with bentonite by adding bentonite in different rates respectively of 5 g,10 g,15 g,20 g,25 g,35 g,50 g to 200 mL 6%synthetic foam liquid.And,then,it would be possible to measure the particular features and properties of the aviation kerosene with their surface temperature rising with the 3-phase foam of bentonite at the top high temperature of the heating source so as to gain the expected stability.Since bentonite can influence the thermal stability improvement of the 3-phase foam is only limited,the powder shell resulted should be easy to be destroyed for its not being dense and uniform,though the bentonite itself is endowed with strong bond or bending reinforced effect.Therefore,the stability of the 3-phase foam with bentonite can be enhanced at normal temperatures greatly and can then be added as a stabilizer.At the same time,it would be possible for us to choose 7 kinds of common foam stabilizers,including the coconut fatty acid potassium(CPS-30),the xanthan gum,the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMCNa),the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),the coconut oil d
